Got an eye for arts, crafts and a love for the sea side?!
It’s time for the annual “Sculptures by the Sea” Event again, and you are welcome to help run this event as a Sydney girl by becoming a volunteer!
What is it?
"Sculpture by the Sea is one of Sydney's key annual arts events, drawing around 500,000 to the coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama to enjoy site-specific sculptures by top artists and emerging talents from Australia and abroad. This year's exhibition features over 100 works, 37 of them by first-time exhibitors. "
When is it?
This scenic event runs from the 23rd October to 9th November this year in Bondi and each role is available for different days and times. Whilst some are specific to a certain day/timing, it’s a totally family-friendly event and large-groups are welcome- so be sure to check it out!
How can I volunteer?
There are two different roles available to be a volunteer at this event:

General Exhibition Volunteer:

Install and De-Stall Volunteer:

Assisting the Site Crew and installation of sculptures when required

Also, as always, be sure to only select days and times that don’t clash with school timings (i.e. weekends or evenings).
This opportunity is definitely one fancy, fun and fabulous one and definitely worth spending your time at! Help Sydney run one of its artiest events this year and volunteer!
