Events
Heart messages
Students were able to send a heart-felt, sweet and postive messages to their friends in a heart shaped card. These messages were hand delivered to their friends on Monday 15th of February. Cards were available at a booth in the Quadrangle on Thurday and Friday (Week 3) and could be customised with personal messages for $1. By taking part in this activity, students spreadpositivity and love.
Serenade/Scarenade
SRC is organised a 'Serenade or Scarenade' activity where students were provided the opportunity to request a singagram to be presented to another student. This was similar to the singagram activity held at last year's Week of Happiness event. This was great opportunity for the school choir and music students to show their talent as they serenaded with songs and messages to the requested students.
Red Ribbons
The SRC made red ribbons which were handed out to the school to wear in celebration of sisterhood and friendship. These ribbons represented friendship, love, support and positivity.
Positivitree
On Friday morning, the Positivitree was decorated in the spirit of love and friendship of Galentine's Day. Students had their day brightened when they read the positive messages and they shared them with their friends.
